i’m surprised i’ve not yet paired up this brocade pleather/fabric obi belt & these satiny wedge heels before!  from the autumnal colors to the asian floral patterns…they’re perfectly matched for each other! i’ve had this belt for several years & one of my all-time favorites. i’ve worn it everywhere from a wedding in NYC to a plain ol’ work day at the office.  fancy, yet simple.  easy, yet eye-catching. 

so, i talked about in a previous post that i had some great dinner & other food-related events this weekend…whiiiiiiiiich all went to pot…boo hoo :(  yup, plans fell through & fizzled out.  no biggie…i’ve been so good at losing all the weight i gained over the holidays, it’s for the best.  or…that’s what i keep telling myself.  well, at least i can look forward to a romantic valentine’s day dinner with MDH tomorrow.  yippee!  hope everyone has a great V day tomorrow…or an anti-V day, if that’s more your speed…
